After 35 years as a Personal Support Worker, I've seen firsthand what truly good care looks like and, how often people fall short of receiving it. That gap stayed with me, and eventually, it moved me to act.
LuMarcas was born from that experience, and from the two people who inspire everything I do - my children, Lucas and Marcas.
As a Canadian-owned business, we go beyond the typical 9 to 5 because the people we serve deserve nothing less. Whether you need care, support, or quality products, you can reach us anytime, because real commitment doesn't clock out.

For more than 35 years, Nish Persaud has dedicated his career to supporting individuals and families through compassionate, hands-on healthcare. As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), he has seen firsthand the importance of having access to reliable medical supplies, trusted guidance, and dependable support when it matters most.
Inspired by these experiences, Nish founded Lumarcas to make quality healthcare products more accessible to people across Canada. His goal was simple: to create a company built on compassion, trust, and a genuine commitment to helping others maintain their comfort, independence, and quality of life.
